A good book can stir up sharp wit, imagination and heart in a way nothing else can. The Wild Woman’s book club connects us through literature + meaningful conversations. Reading the book is encouraged, but not required. We meet at Barre West the first Sunday of every month and enjoy snacks + connecting.

Touch + Release

Join yoga teacher + registered massage therapist Jess Ecclestone and the Touch + Release team for a specialty yoga class that blends essential oils, yin and restorative style postures & hands on massage adjustments.

T+R workshops are a chance to go beyond the experience of just going to a yoga class and are a catalyst to open a conversation about self love. You will be guided into a slow paced class with longer holds leaving you to unravel a few layers of tension and discover more about yourself and your body.
The class is guided with the intention of self care and each pose is supported by hands on touch from skilled RYT’s. Unplug from the chaos that life can bring, cultivate what you need more of, connect to your roots, unravel and melt with us.

Mom + Baby
Barre Classes

February 20th - March 27th

Wednesdays 1:15pm-2:05pm
Six week registered series.

Regular Pricing: $125
Drop In: $25
(Limited spots available weekly on first come basis.)

This class is a great way to get in a workout and bond with baby at the barre. Sequences, cuing and exercises are specially designed to help rebuild core and pelvic floor strength postpartum.

Babies 8 weeks to 12 months join mom in a body carrier and/or on the mat (body carriers not provided.) Approval from your doctor to exercise is required. Space is limited, pre registration is highly recommended.
