Join Barre West Co-Founder + Pre/Post Natal fitness specialist Pauline Chan for an in depth workshop on how and why engaging your core and pelvic floor is so important.
Learn the mechanics of how your deep core and pelvic floor support your barre practice and everyday life. This class will breakdown anatomy, give you functional tools to get stronger and empower your workouts.
Great for all levels of barre fitness experience and especially valuable for pre + postnatal students.

A good book can stir up sharp wit, imagination and heart in a way nothing else can. The Wild Woman’s book club connects us through literature + meaningful conversations. Reading the book is encouraged, but not required.

Join yoga teacher + registered massage therapist Jess Ecclestone and the Touch + Release team for a specialty yoga class that blends essential oils, yin and restorative style postures & hands on massage adjustments.
T+R workshops are a chance to go beyond the experience of just going to a yoga class and opens a conversation about self love.
You will be guided into a slow paced class with longer holds leaving you to unravel a few layers of tension and discover more about yourself and your body.
The class is guided with the intention of self care and each pose is supported by hands on touch from skilled RMT’s. Unplug from the chaos that life can bring, cultivate what you need more of, connect to your roots, unravel, and melt with us.

This class is a great way to get in a workout and bond with baby at the barre. Sequences, cuing and exercises are specially designed to help rebuild core and pelvic floor strength postpartum.
Babies 8 weeks to 7 months (or not crawling) join mom in a body carrier and on the mat (body carriers not provided.) Approval from your doctor to exercise is required. Space is limited, pre-registration is highly recommended.
