Barre West classes are accessible, dynamic and challenging for all levels of fitness. Our techniques are based on functional own body weight movements and resistance training that will grow your strength and overall mobility. There is a ton of variety within classes + programs. You’ll get incredible results in a short amount of time and never get bored. Our instructors are experts in their fields. The Barre West faculty includes Master Barre Fitness Trainers, Pilates Instructors, Registered Yoga Teachers, and Anatomy Professionals.
