Warm + Welcoming + Accessible

What to expect

Barre West classes are isometric (own body weight), low impact (easy on joints) workouts. Zero dance experience is needed to follow along and have an amazing time. Check our class description page for more details on our program offerings (barre, Pilates, restorative mobility). We encourage you to take it at your own pace and rest whenever you need. Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after class. Advise your instructor of any injuries, pre/post natal needs, or curiosities prior to class. Plan to arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before your first class starts to meet your instructor and get a tour of the studio.

The best classes for beginners are Barre + Sculpt & Core + Sculpt.

In Studio AMENITIES

The studio is equipped with premium amenities like complimentary lockers and towel service, filtered water, and change rooms equipped with showers. Our retail boutique is stocked with grip socks, fitness apparel from brands like Toesox, Tavi Noir and lululemon. No need to worry about parking! We have 50+ free studio front parking stalls available.

What to bring to class

Suit up in comfortable workout wear and grip socks. Stickies on the bottom of your socks are to keep you safe and get the most out of the choreography. Accessorize with a bottle of water and sweat towel. Grip socks are available for purchase in studio and required for all classes and private lessons.

Pre + Post NAtal Offerings

Barre West classes are incredible workouts that support deep core and develop pelvic floor strength. Every Barre West trainer is certified in pre and post natal fitness training and can support you with modifications for any class. Please get approval from your doctor before beginning a exercise program and check in with your instructor prior to class to get specific modifications. Learn more about our Pre + Postnatal specific classes here!

Our instructors are the best in the business

Your instructors are trained to help you thrive. Something moving too fast? Does a movement feel off? Want a tip on advancing your workout? Teachers arrive 15 minutes prior to class time and are there to help you get the most out of your class. Feel free to ask for a complimentary 5 minute consult before or after class.

House Rules

Etiquette is key for community. Arrive at least 5 minutes before class (late arrivals are not accepted). Leaving early is not permitted, please stay for the whole class. We love to chat and joke around, but please refrain from speaking over your instructor throughout class. Turn off the world for the hour and keep cell phones silenced or out of the studio.

A 2 Week Unlimited Intro pass is the best value for your first pass. This option gives you unlimited access to try different class styles, teachers & times for 2 weeks. See our pricing page to learn about memberships and class package options. We can't wait to see you at the barre!
